PHONICS! FONÉTICA

Hello everybody!

This new academic year We have continued using Jolly Phonics method (this time with our new and complete pack thanks to our AMPA) to learn and recognizeEnglish language sounds and to start reading in English. 

We all know the difficulty of reading words that are written in one way and read in another way, 

that´s why step by step singing songs, listening to stories and reading words we will try to learn in English as much as possible.

Éste año académico vamos a continuar con el método de Jolly Phonics (ésta vez con nuestro pack nuevo y completo, gracias al esfuerzo del AMPA) para aprender y reconocer sonidos de la lengua inglesa y empezar a leer en inglés.
Todos sabemos de la dificultad de leer palabras que se escriben de una manera, pero se pronuncian de otra, por eso paso a paso cantando canciones, escuchando historias, y leyendo palabras, intentaremos leer en inglés lo máximo posible.
Aquí hay un resumen de nuestras sesiones de fonética en el cole.

Hello again!
Classes go on as usual and our Infants have learnt again colours and numbers, they have talked about their summer and they have started over Assembly in English with its rules and information: weather, names, days of the week, feelings and so on.

Las clases continúan con normalidad y nuestros peques de infantil han aprendido de nuevo números y colores, han hablado sobre su verano y han comenzado la Asamblea en ingles, con sus normas y toda la información que utilizamos: tiempo, nombres, días de la semana, como estamos hoy etc.

When you enter in our class...

Classes have already started, We have reviewed vocabulary and structures learnt the last year, and our eldest students have decorated their classroom's door with this amazing message to start the academic year full of energy and positive attitudes.

Las clases ya han comenzado y hemos estado recordando vocabulario y estructuras aprendidas el año pasado, y nuestros alumnos más mayores han decorado su puerta de aula con un mensaje alentador para afrontar el curso academico con energia y actitudes positivas.
