HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Welcome back to our POLE blog!

We are going to start with our most terrorific festival "Halloween": Boo!
This year our pupils have been involved in a full week in which they have learnt and made a lots of spooky things:

We prepared scary activities including a tunnel of terror, telling horror stories, making-up terrific faces, making scary masks, having a monster breakfast, decorating with recycling things, decorating scary doors and learning about the real History of Halloween.

On 28th October afternoon, we made our traditional Halloween party. All kids were wearing original spooky customes and Alpartir was becaming in a spooky village where we visited several places as the town hall, the public library and the retired centre. Children got a lots of candies while they said "Trick or Treat".

At the end of the afternoon all pupils did the "Ghostbusters Dance" at the schoolyard and their families enjoyed watching it. It was funny!

Bienvenido de nuevo a nuestro blog POLE!

Vamos a empezar con nuestra fiesta más terrorífica "Halloween": UHHH!

Este año, nuestros alumnos han participado en una semana completa en la que han aprendido y hecho un montón de cosas espeluznantes: Preparamos actividades de miedo que incluían un túnel del terror, contamos historias de terror, maquillándonos caras terribles, hicimos máscaras de miedo, tomamos un desayuno monstruoso, decoramos con cosas de reciclaje el aula y las puertas de miedo y aprendimos sobre la historia real de Halloween.

El 28 de octubre por la tarde, hicimos nuestra tradicional fiesta de Halloween. Todos los niños llevaban trajes fantasmagóricos originales y Alpartir fue transformándose en un pueblo fantasmal donde visitamos varios lugares como el ayuntamiento, la biblioteca pública y el centro de jubilados. Los niños recibieron una gran cantidad de dulces, mientras decían "Truco o Trato".

Al final de la tarde todos los alumnos hicieron el baile "Cazafantasmas" en el patio de la escuela y sus familias disfrutaron viéndolo.

¡Fue divertido!

Hello everyone!!!

We can finally show you our amazing Thriller dance!!!
After all the hard work done and the time We spent rehearsing it, You can enjoy watching our spooky performance realized last Halloween in our school.
We want to say a big thank you to our collegues Sara and Paty for their great job as choreographers, to Carlos for being our camera and to the mums who dance with us in this performance.
This is the final resul, we hope you really like it!

¡¡Por fín podemos enseñaros nuestro baile de Thriller!!
Después de todo el trabajo duro realizado y el tiempo de ensayos, ya podéis disfrutar de nuestra "espeluznante" actuación realizada el pasado Halloween en nuestro cole.
Queremos agradecer a nuestras compis Sara y Paty su gran trabajo como coreógrafas, a Carlos por ser nuestro cámara y a las mamis que se animaron a participar en nuestro baile.
Éste es el resultado final, ¡esperamos que os guste!

HALLOWEEN DAY!!! DÍA DE HALLOWEEN!!

Finally Halloween Day arrived, and We really enjoy it. It was a fantastic celebration for all the Educational Community. In the first hours We were cooking little monsters made with apple bites, we were making up ourselves and we were having fun looking after skeleton bones around the school in a terrible Treasure Hunt! 

In the afternoon, we danced Mickael Jackson´s Thriller, including mums! and afterthat We passed through our special and terrorific Haunted House full of surprises, spiderwebs and scary moments. 

Here we leave you a summary of this awesome day. It´s a shame it happened so fast...

Por fín llegó el día de Halloween y realmente lo disfrutamos un montón. Fue un fantástico día de celebración para toda la comunidad educativa. En las primeras horas estuvimos cocinando pequeños monstruitos hechos con trozos de manzana, nos maquillamos unos a otros y lo pasamos en grande buscando alrededor de la escuela huesos de esqueleto en una divertida ¡búsqueda del tesoro!

Por la tarde, bailamos Thriller de Mickael Jackson, ¡con mamis incluidas!y pasamos a través de nuestra especial y terrorífica casa encantada, llena de sorpresas, telas de araña y momentos escalofriantes.

Aquí os dejamos un resumen de este fantástico día. Es una pena que pasase tan pronto...

Last Friday we celebrated Halloween, but before showing you our exciting day we want to announce the winners of the Halooween Art Contest. Our students chose with their votes three winners, one from each classroom, and the result was:
El pasado viernes celebramos Halloween, pero antes demostraros nuestro excitante dia, queremos anunciaros los ganadores del concurso de dibujo de Halloween. Nuestros estudiantes eligieron con sus votos un ganador por aula, y el resultado fue:

Halloween is coming!

Halloween is finally coming!! In our school we are really excited about that!!! We love celebrating Halloween and this year new surprises are going to scare everyone :S

We can not tell you anything else, but you should be prepared for the news coming!!

Halloween se acerca al fin y en nuestra escuela estamos muy contentos. Nos encanta celebrar Halloween y este año tenemos sorpresas que asustaran a todo el mundo.

Incy Wincy Spider

Incy Wincy spider has opened the sesions related to Halloween. Incy with her spiderweb and her adventure in the waterspout has been the principal actor of the day.
